Our mission is to foster learning, growth, and well-being in schools, improving the chances of success for students from underserved communities in Israel's social and geographic peripheries.

Programs and Partners

At Tovanot B'Hinuch, we create transformative educational experiences through innovative programs and strong partnerships. Our initiatives bring together diverse stakeholders to prepare students for 21st-century success.

Key programs include:

Yozmim Plus: 4th-8th graders explore social entrepreneurship and financial literacy, culminating in a hackathon with senior Israeli executives.

IDF Mentorship: 10th-12th graders receive academic support from IDF Intelligence and other elite unit soldiers, broadening their horizons and building confidence.

Our volunteers, ranging from tech professionals to academics and IDF personnel, are crucial to these programs. They bring fresh perspectives, expertise, and inspiration, helping students develop self-confidence and resilience.
Through these collaborations, we're bridging gaps and creating lasting impact in Israel's peripheral communities.

Tovanot B'Hinuch is led by a board of seasoned business leaders and entrepreneurs. Our CEO, Ayelet Abramovitch, brings years of experience in educational innovation and a proven track record of fostering public-private collaborations. Together with our team of pedagogical experts and project managers, we work hand-in-hand with school staff and volunteers to drive lasting change.

Most of Tovanot B’Hinuch’s volunteers come through our partner companies and organizations and they lead diverse and enriching programs in our schools.
